A mysterious legend among graffiti artists, ICHABOD has been dubbed #ICHABODtheRailGod on social media – no small feat considering that the artist maintains no social media accounts.

He is a classic and highly prolific New England-style writer and is the most prominent member of the YME and Circle T crews. BM 3375 represents a classic ICHABOD piece in all aspects. Executed on a Pan Am livery car, the former Boston & Maine-owned railcar operated on lines considered the primary stomping grounds of the YME and Circle T crews.

The tick-tock lettering layout and the abbreviated block letter ICH moniker exhibit the most common form of his abbreviated moniker with ellipses at either end and with two square dots appearing at the front of the piece.

Accompanied by his iconic skull image with a single raised forefinger, this design’s prototypical composition uses a cracked decaying effect on the 3D letters as well as a bubble fill that carries over into the background fill to be respectful of the critical car markings.
